The User acknowledges and accepts that the Site, like all content provided by OCULAR, whether personal data, documentation, files, materials, applications, designs, tools, musical compositions, games, source code, conversation recordings or any type of work or idea that is a work in the sense of intellectual property legislation is protected under applicable laws and is the property of OCULAR. Likewise, publications, advertisements or information incorporated into the Site by advertisers or third parties are included within the same recognition. Reproduction, distribution, exhibition, transmission, retransmission, broadcasting, storage, digitization, making available, translation, adaptation, arrangement, public communication or any other type of act by which the User can serve commercially or non-commercially, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part of any of the contents of the works subject to the rights described above is not permitted.

The User understands and agrees that sending unsolicited advertising to @ocularsolution.com email addresses is expressly prohibited.

The User expressly agrees that the use of the Site is completely at their own risk. In no case will OCULAR be responsible for direct, indirect, unforeseen, mediate or punitive damages (even if OCULAR was warned about such damages), that result from any aspect of the use that the User makes of the Site, whether the damages arise from the use or misuse of the Site, the inability to use the Site, or the interruption, suspension, modification, alteration or cancellation of the Site.

The Website can use a tracking system through "cookies", so that access to information, when going from page to page, is faster. It also helps in some cases to identify Users, without needing to ask them for their access key repeatedly.
